Who is responsible for your data
Hotel Andalucía, Alberdi 651, Salta, Argentina. Contact: WhatsApp +54 9 387 223-3523.
What data we receive
This website has no forms that store data, and uses no cookies, analytics or advertising tools. The booking form only prepares a message that opens in your WhatsApp: you decide whether to send it.
If you message us, we receive the data you send (name, phone number, dates and number of guests). When you stay with us, we also complete the guest registration form required by law.
What we use it for
To answer your enquiry, manage your booking and stay, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.
Third-party services
- WhatsApp (Meta): when you message us, its privacy policy also applies.
- Google Maps: the map only loads if you tap “Show map” or “Get directions”.
- The website’s hosting provider may log technical data about visits (such as your IP address) for security.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, update or delete your data by messaging us on WhatsApp (Argentine Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection).
The data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as set out in Article 14(3) of Law 25,326. The Agency for Access to Public Information, as the supervisory authority for Law 25,326, handles complaints from anyone whose data protection rights have been breached.
If you are visiting from the European Union, you may also exercise your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) through the same channel.
