Booking terms

This is a translation for convenience. If there is any difference, the Spanish version prevails.

In effect from 8 October 2026.

These terms apply to bookings made directly with Hotel Andalucía (Alberdi 651, Salta, Argentina) on WhatsApp, by phone or in person.

Rates

• Rates are per room per night, in Argentine pesos (ARS), based on the number of guests.
• They include continental breakfast (7:30 to 10:00 a.m.) and covered parking, subject to availability.
• Published rates may change. The rate the hotel confirms to you in writing when you book is the one that applies.
• Children aged 5 and over pay the full rate.

Booking and deposit

• A deposit of 30% of the total stay is required to confirm a booking.
• Your booking is confirmed once the hotel has received the deposit and confirmed it to you.
• Payment methods: cash or bank transfer.

Cancellation

If you cancel your booking, the deposit is not refunded.

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in: from 10:00 a.m.
• Check-out: by 10:00 a.m. the following day.
• On arrival, the hotel completes the guest registration form required by law.

Other terms

• Pets are not allowed.
• The front desk is open 24 hours.
